Sequencer V801-BM |
Programmable Pulse Sequences Generator |
As mentioned above, this sequencer is designed as a PCI card. It can generate complex patterns of pulses (sequences) on its 16 outputs. Both the pulse width, and the pulse spacing can be precisely defined and easily edited.
Besides its 16 pulse outputs, the sequencer provides an "Arming" input, "Trigger1" input, "Trigger2" input and galvanic insulated Trigger3 input. An on board trigger generator can be used for the internal start of the sequence. The frequency of this generator can be precisely set by the software.
The Sequencer can operate in one of the five "Working Modes". The user can define many of pulse sequences, which are generated on the outputs depending on Working Mode. Arming and Trigger inputs are used for starting sequences.

Applications |
The Sequencer can be used for triggering of complex scientifically and industrial set-ups applying various components such as multi-camera systems, pulsed light sources and accompanying devices. It is particularly useful in machine automation and electronic test. As a PC card it can control other units integrated with your PC without external cables. It does not require an external power supply. |
